Surely, surely we are past the point where &#8216;visual effects&#8217; should be halting a project like this? How much closer to disaster do we have to skate before the scenic views of our hills, nice as they are, are put in proper perspective?<br \/>\nAargh. The report is not available yet on the <a href=http:\/\/www.gw.govt.nz\/>GW website<\/a>.
