Frederik Pohl has a blog! That would be Frederik Pohl, aged 89, science fiction legend and winner of countless SF awards for his writing and editing. Awesome.
An episode of the Bill & Ted cartoon voiced by Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves, with George Carlin in the Rufus role! WYLD!
An extraordinary oral history of the Bush years courtesy Vanity Fair.

I find it interesting how the definition of “hanging around” has changed. In the early 80s it obvious refers to loitering, but now you could say I am hanging around with friends when playing D&D.
I want an oral history of the Clinton years.
The Frederik Pohl blog is an awesome find!
I played D and D in the 80s 🙂 I have a red box that my Mum confiscated after she read some fundy bulls**t about how it was going to make me kill myself and myfriends, and my found Dad returned it recently… many many deaths later!
I remember seeing a “great” movie called Mazes and Monsters in which a D&D-like game caused Tom Hanks to have a psychotic breakdown.
