Been meaning to post this link for a while. It’s an interesting take on NZ by an associate (and sometimes fellow blogger) of Tom Tomorrow, Salon’s left-leaning political cartoonist.
I liked it. We likes hearing people talk about our country, yes we do, yes we do, gollum gollum.

That guy is Bob Harris. I used to be on his mailing list, and probably forwarded some stuff on to you back in the day. On to it monkey. Went all the way on Jeopardy twice – only guy to do that. May have won the Masters version too.
And he is the voice of Sparky the penguin on the animated Tom Tomorrow.
All I can say is what a good summation of where we’re at.
