Handed in the thesis.
My officemate says its like surfers who climb out of the water and only then realise the shark actually bit off their leg – that I’ll realise now i’m out that the thesis-shark took more of a toll than i realised. We’ll see.
Yay.
EDIT: Pearce put this link in comments and I am promoting it to here so more people click. Thanks Pearce!

Nice work. Now you get to move on to all those other things you are always busy with!
Huzzah!
Awesome, brother. Have a great holiday.
Congratulations man 🙂
Congratulations! Well done! And in time for the wedding. 😛

Haha, Pearce wins. And Morgue. Yay!
Thanks all of you!
Well done mate!
Andrew
Bravo! 🙂
I can’t tell which of the last two is more out of place. :/
W00t! Very well done indeed! Now go and lie on a beach, or something.
I only recognise two out of the Pearce’s lineup, and one of them’s you. Total ignoramus, or what?
Pearce lines up almost all the canonical incarnations of the master: Delgado’s original (vs Dr Jon), scary-face version who appeared in two stories played by two different actors under the makeup (vs Dr Tom), Anthony Ainley’s arch-panto version (vs Dr Tom, Dr Peter, Dr Colin and Dr Sylvester), Eric Roberts’ hammy weirdo version from the US TV movie in the 90s (vs Dr Paul), John Simms’ dancing version from the new series (vs Dr David).
The only notable missing Masters are Derek Jacobi’s animated version from Scream of the Shalka, and, er, Derek Jacobi’s canonical and non-animated version from the new series just before John Simms (vs Dr David as well). Pearce apparently hates Derek Jacobi. 🙂
I, too, am puzzled by the absence of Derek Jacobi -to my mind the best representation of the Master yet.
I’ve a mind to tell Mr Jacobi about this, so he can go ’round and get all Shakespearian on Pearce.
Congratulations!
Congrats!
Fuck Derek Jacobi.
🙂
